YX50 smoke oven is an equipment providing heat treatment of meat and fish products. Products are processed inside the machine can be dried, cooked, smoked and baked. It is especially suitable for small factory, canteen, restaurant or laboratory. The products can be put on grills or hanged on smoke sticks.
The smoke oven is controlled by PLC and touchscreen with two kind of running mode, manual or automatic. Temperature and time can be set according to user’s requirement.
