Description of smoking house
1. Designed with modular construction, the chambers can be manufactured in a tunnel version with trolleys in single row or double rows version.
2. The chambers can be fit with a door from one side or both sides as a passing version as required.
3. It is made of high quality stainless steel. Panel and door construction provides perfect heat insulation.
4. Solid construction of door is completed with a reliable closing system , each connection is made of silicon rubber.
5. The floor adopts antiskid and easy loading design.
6. The smoke house is fit with automatic washing system, including cleaning the interior of smoke generator, smoke pipe and chamber ceiling.
7. The way of heating : electric, steam, gas.
