U-shapde clips

Description

Clips are made with different types of knurling: pin-point, crossed, “channel” type and others. On request of the Customer or for easy – damaged casings clipping, we offer U-clips without knurling. Different types of knurling allow to clip different types of casings, from multi-layered polyamide ones to “tender” collagen or protein ones. Legs of clips are treated additionally with special compound which prevents a clipper matrix against impacts, and also protects casings from damages. The presence of upper fixing plastic tape allows not to use side conveyor belt, and this makes clipping process faster. Also we make U-shaped clips on rolls, if necessary.

For clipping machines of our own production, named “TECHNOCLIP CORUND” special flat U-shaped clip named “KD” had been developed. This clip can be marked with the date of production on it by stamping. This clip goes in four sizes, which easily allows to close casings of different diameters.
