7. Detailed introduction

1) Feeding hopper: It adopts 304 stainless steel welded structure, cold processed after aging treatment, better stability, designed according to the requirements of food machinery, no internal dead corners in the cavity, polished surface, easy to clean and disinfect, etc.

2) Control button area: It uses of imported electrical appliances, metal protective cover first, and then food-grade rubber waterproof cover, to prevent external collisions, increase the waterproof level, and achieve double waterproof effects.

3) Disassembly and assembly boom structure: It is convenient for equipment installation, disassembly and cleaning, which can reduce the labor intensity of the operator and ensure the operation safety.

4) Bone residue and meat content adjustment mechanism: It makes use of the ratchet wheel forward and reverse adjustment principle, easy operation, sensitive adjustment, safe and durable, stable yield, and better quality.

5) Connection clamp structure: Multi-hinge design principle, it is processed by CNC machine tool as a whole after forging,, with safe operation, stable connection and fast clamping.
